During this 1 hour beer tasting (with an extra 30 mins for questions), James demonstrates the tasting technique, discusses ingredients, how beer is brewed and also the history and development of classic styles and how the beers we are tasting fit into that as well as beer’s cultural importance. The choice of beers and the order you would taste them in is designed to bring beer to life by providing a platform to weave stories, anecdotes and interesting facts into the experience.
