Body Weight Yoga Sculpt - Get ready to sweat in this energizing class! We will focus on strengthening and toning all major muscle groups as well as boosting your energy with some cardio!
3pm PST / 6pm EST (45min)
Vinyasa Flow-Through movement you will find a deeper connection with yourself. We will flow through a sequence that will challenge you physically and mentally while cultivating a deeper awareness of living in the moment.
