In celebration of Hispanic Latine Heritage Month, we recently hosted an exciting "Make-Your-Own Salsa" workshop, taught by a Latine Chef and Salsa enthusiast, that brought the vibrant tastes of Hispanic and Latin American cuisines right into our kitchens. The event was a fantastic celebration of culinary diversity, connecting food enthusiasts with the rich flavors of Mexico, Argentina, and the Dominican Republic. 1. Salsa Roja: The Heartbeat of Mexican Cuisine - Our journey started in Mexico with the iconic Salsa Roja. This traditional delight is not only delicious but also incredibly versatile.
