APAC: Women in Media Awards

B&T’s Women in Media Awards, presented by Are Media, were in full swing and so were we with two of our very own finalists Andrea Alembakis and Madeleine Navin! (Huge congrats to these women!!)

These awards recognise the exceptional female-identifying talent who have achieved incredible success in their professional arenas, as well as those who mentor and support other women.

Being in a room with women who are leading the charge for change in this industry and wider was incredibly inspiring and empowering. The challenges women face—whether it's violence, unequal pay, or discrimination highlight the need for strong, visionary leaders who are committed to making a difference.These spaces can become powerful hubs of support and innovation, where ideas are shared, strategies are developed, and solidarity is strengthened. Being part of that movement not only provides a sense of community but also fuels the drive to address these critical issues and pave the way for a more equitable future.
