I'll go with Agility, but from a long term perspective. I have been in the same CTO role for 13 years. Every few years, GumGum's set of challenges, and therefore the CTO job, has been completely different. I think about the agility required to tackle each new phase from when the whole company could fit in a single car to our eventual IPO.
