GumGum Customer Success Team LA Summit
Last week, members of our Customer Success team convened in LA for a 2-day summit, hosted by our CGO, Ben Plomion, at the ACE Hotel in DTLA. Although there were some members of the team who couldn’t attend in person, they were still able to attend virtually. With members of the team traveling from the east coast, midwest, and Canada, this was a great opportunity for the team to all be in one place and finally get to be together in person. Over the two days, the team participated in trainings, workshops, and team-building activities and heard from outside speakers, as well as our CRO, Dave Matthews, our new SVP Customer Success, Rebecca Holland, VP of Operations, Peter Pai, and Talent Acquisition Manager, Amanda Vialpando.
At the end of each day, the team gathered for dinner and drinks to continue fostering connections with their team and members of the GumGum Leadership team. On night one they enjoyed a private dinner at Red Bird and on night two they dined at Perch in DTLA.
Overall it was a great opportunity for the team to get reinvigorated about customer success and connect with their team!
