It’s that time of year when the sun decides to leave us a little earlier. As we experience this around the globe it may be a little difficult to adjust initially. Last week, GumGummers participated in a wellness workshop hosted by Sarah Song, an Emotional Well-Being Educator that provided some helpful tips on how to better cope with the time change and the lack of sun.
