What are you looking forward to the most in working with GumGum in the year ahead?
I am most looking forward to completing integrations with the various companies that we have acquired and continue to bring all of the almost 600 people at GumGum closer together and onto one platform as we leverage creative, contextual, and attention together and focus on the mindset. Which of GumGum's values (thoughtful, agility, grit) resonates most with you and why?
Agility - Given my role these days, I would identify with Agile as I am always switching between the different functions of my role and can have a meeting with a DSP, followed by a Publisher, followed by an internal meeting focused on a strategic initiative such as sustainability and what GumGum is doing to offset and lower their carbon footprint. No day is the same and every day is exciting.
