[UK] In Person Yoga 🧘

In celebration of Stress Awareness Month, we are inviting you to take some time away from your desk and enjoy a stretch yoga class. 

This class will start on the floor with a gentle warm-up - some simple stretches and strengthening exercises to start to undo the feeling of sitting at your desk. During the middle portion of the class, we will be on our feet moving steadily and working with the aims of unwinding tension in your neck and shoulders plus strengthening your back and hip muscles. The class will finish on the floor again with a cool down and a few minutes of relaxation.

This class will be suitable for all levels and you don’t need to be able to touch your toes, or have ever done yoga before, to join in. Our instructor can adapt to suit injuries or conditions (eg pregnancy) - if you’d like to them know in advance of class we can give you their contact details. Please wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your movement including layers that you can take on and off as you warm up and cool down, and bring a bottle of water with you. Yoga mats and all other equipment will be provided.
