Chef Blanca's Cook Up!
We have had Chef Blanca come in to tell her story and cook for us.
Blanca has come with her mother and son to Sydney from Mexico with big plans to open a kitchen serving up her families recipes. She has partnered with Food Labs to try and make these dreams come true.
The food was incredible! This was her first experience cooking for a group and she nailed it - everyone left with a fully belly and warm heart.
We are excited to continue to partner with Food Labs to get more Chefs in to help start them on their journey.

FoodLab Sydney is a not-for-profit kitchen incubator that supports migrants, refugees, First Nations people and others from disadvantaged backgrounds who are food entrepreneurs from high-barrier backgrounds to grow and formalise their food businesses.
We do this by providing affordable kitchen space for hire, technical assistance, mentoring and sales opportunities through catering.
