What are you looking forward to the most in working with GumGum in the year ahead?
GumGum has gone from strength to strength since I joined in January 2021, becoming the front-runner when it comes to contextual and rich-media executions. With the addition of Playground XYZ AIP technology, this is only going to push GumGum further ahead in the digital market, due to the fact we can measure and optimize towards this metric across all formats, and even utilize this metric as the key component for success for clients to ensure we are driving the best possible brand results. With the amazing data, creativity, and insights now have access to, 2024 is going to be such an exciting year for GumGum and our clients.
Which of GumGum's values (thoughtful, agility, grit) resonates with you the most and why?
Agility - Over the last two years, I have seen GumGum acquire two companies in the form of JustPremium and Playground XYZ. Whilst people on the outside might have seen this as two seamless mergers, there have been countless moments where I have needed to adapt to the ever-changing environments internally to ensure that I am still hitting my personal goals, as well as the company's.
