What are you looking forward to the most in working with GumGum in the year ahead? 

I'm looking forward to seeing our GumGummer's career grow & thrive in the year ahead, while we continue to scale and grow our business across the globe. I also always look forward to all of the amazing DEIB programming that our employee-led VOICE Coalition produces -- inspiring and educational!

Which of GumGum's values (thoughtful, agility, grit) resonates with you the most and why?

While all 3 of our values are important and create counterbalance for each other, the value of 'Thoughtful' really resonates with me the most. I appreciate that GumGum brings a thoughtful approach to our we communicate with our team members, the overall team member experience, and how we continually evolve and shape our culture.
