In my first week at GumGum, I attended a company event at a bar near the beach. It was an incredibly fun experience, as one would expect from GumGum. However, what truly stood out to me was my conversation with our CEO, Phil. We talked at length, and throughout the entire conversation, I felt as though I was speaking with someone I had known for years. He was exceptionally welcoming and genuine. It's not common for leaders to be so approachable and actively engage with employees, but Phil’s involvement set a remarkable tone. This warmth and acceptance have been consistent throughout my time at the company, and it became an example of how I strive to treat those around me.
